TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings must be completed in advance, and reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalized, at which point these terms become legally binding.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking are non-refundable.

If the studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property during their booking.

All content produced on site remains the sole responsibility of the client. The studio is not liable for any legal issues arising from its creation or distribution.

Any activity that violates UAE law is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of studio use without refund.
