Studio Use

• The studio is available by reservation only.

• Your booking time includes setup and teardown.

• Any commercial event beyond filming must receive prior approval.

Conduct & Care

• All props, furniture, and equipment must be handled with care. Any damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

• Use of adhesives, nails, or any items that may damage walls, floors, or furniture is strictly prohibited.

• Outside food and beverages are allowed only with prior consent.

Safety & Liability

• All visitors must follow safety guidelines at all times.

• The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

• Fire safety and emergency procedures must be observed without exception.
